1. 45-minute combined high intensity, circuit and functional training sessions (F45 style)
2. Goal setting and accountability mechanisms
3. Nutrition appraisal and guidance
4. Techniques to fuel your motivation and any solo workouts
5. Unlimited online support for 2 weeks (on the above)

How much does the session cost?
$5 (it's usually $15).
Where's the training session held?
Nuffield Park, Zetland at 12pm every Saturday from 02/07/22 - 06/08/22 (inclusive). The meeting point will be at the corner of the park on Hutchinson Walk and Ascot Ave, Zetland NSW 2017
Can anyone come along?
Spots are limited to the first 10 people who RSVP, so I can focus on you and your goals. For insurance reasons, only people over the age of 18 and under 55 can attend.
How fit do I need to be?
All skill levels are welcome but you must have clearance from a doctor conditions for pre-existing conditions or injuries. Training is at your own risk.
What should I bring?
Water and a towel. Other than that, as little as possible as there's no lockers or storage.
