Looking to stay accountable for your runs or just looking for some cool people to talk to while putting in some miles? This is the group for you! We are not competitive, and encourage everyone to go at their own pace. We are a group that enjoys staying active and meeting some like-minded people. This run is lead by a doctor of PT, so there will be an optional warm-up for those that arrive 10 minutes early. For those that don't need to run off for work, feel free to stay for coffee and a snack.
