A former turnaround President & CEO of LIVESTRONG, and youngest-ever C-level officer at Susan G. Komen, Chandini has overseen more than $2B in mission investments across research, public health, and global programs. She has worked alongside leading institutions including the FDA, CDC, WHO, and the President’s Cancer Panel, shaping national and international health strategies that continue to influence lives today.
As Chairman & CEO of Chandini & Co Corporation, she now channels her expertise into building ventures that merge technology, culture, and equity, empowering leaders to act with accountability and organizations to deliver with integrity. A lifelong advocate for inclusion, Chandini leads by example, creating environments where diverse voices are heard, collaboration thrives, and impact multiplies.
At AdiLabs, Chandini guides the strategic vision, bridging science, technology, and human experience to scale our mission of accelerating rare disease diagnosis and care through AI. Chandini is a mother of four. She has an MPH from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology and Biology from Austin College.
