Every Monday = Leg Day! 💪

We’ll be focusing on building muscle in the glutes, quads, and hamstrings with a full-on circuit training session. Expect weights, hypertrophy-style training, and music to match — all with the ocean as your background. 🌊
👉 What to bring:

  • Comfortable clothes for training outdoors
  • Water
  • A mat (if you have one — optional)

I’ll take care of the music, equipment, and guidance. Each workout is designed for every level, every age, and every body type — with progressions and variations to fit your needs. There’s space for everyone!
First time is for free - afterwards it's 5 euros pr session.

⚠️ If the weather gets really bad, sessions may be canceled.
