🌿 Interstellar Souls in BCN — First Gathering | Singing Circle
We warmly invite you to join the very first gathering of Interstellar Souls in BCN — a community for connection, awareness, and shared growth.
This week’s event will take the form of a Singing Circle, where we’ll sing together and let our voices guide us inward.
We’ll learn and sing a simple, heart-opening spiritual song — "Song of the Sea" (available on YouTube).
📍Location: Jardins de Mossèn Cinto Verdaguer
🚇 Directions: Take the metro to Parallel station, then transfer to the Funicular to reach the hilltop. Meet at 4:00 PM at the exit.
🕊 Flow of the gathering:
1️⃣ Walk together to the garden, form a circle, and share your name, what brought you here, and how you’re feeling today.
2️⃣ Gentle body stretches and vocal warm-up to relax and connect.
3️⃣ Sing "Song of the Sea" together, repeating it 3–4 times to feel its resonance and calm.
4️⃣ Enjoy shared snacks, fruits, or drinks while chatting and reflecting on the experience — and planting seeds for future gatherings.

我们诚挚邀请你加入 Interstellar Souls in BCN 的第一次聚会，一起在自然中用声音连接彼此、聆听内心。
本次活动以 Singing Circle（歌唱圈） 的形式进行，我们将一起学习并吟唱一首简单而疗愈的灵性歌曲——"Song of the Sea"（可在 YouTube 搜索收听）。
📍地点：Jardins de Mossèn Cinto Verdaguer
🚇 路线：乘坐地铁到 Parallel 站，换乘登山缆车（Funicular）到山上，下午4点在出口处集合。
🕊 活动流程：
1️⃣ 一起步行至公园，在草地上围成圆圈，做自我介绍、分享为什么来到这里，以及此刻的心情。
2️⃣ 身体舒展与喉咙热身，让自己放松、进入当下。
3️⃣ 一起吟唱 Song of the Sea，感受声音的共振与流动（重复3～4次）。
4️⃣ 结束后，一边享用大家带来的点心、水果或饮品，一边轻松交流、分享当天的感受，同时为未来的活动播下灵感的种子。
