About the Trainer:
I’m Armando Jiménez, a professional Fitness Coach with a background in kinesiology. I specialize in strength, speed, and coordination training, both in-person and online. My passion lies in helping people improve their physical fitness while fostering a healthy and relaxed mindset.
What to Expect:
• Warm-up (5-8 min): Get your body ready with dynamic movements to activate muscles and prevent injuries.
• Running (4 km): A moderate-paced run to build endurance while enjoying the beautiful park.
• High-Intensity Training (30 min): Boost your strength, speed, and coordination with bodyweight and resistance-based exercises.
• Cool-down & Breathing (8 min): Stretching exercises combined with the 4-7-8 breathing technique to relax and unwind.
