Weāre heading to the picturesque white village of Casares for a full-day immersive adventure. This experience isnāt about just observing ā itās about getting your hands into it! After a scenic morning hike through the Sierra Crestellina, weāll enjoy a local lunch and then step into the world of cheesemaking at a family-run, ecological cheesery ā active for nearly 100 years!
Youāll meet the native Payoya goats, learn the art of crafting cheese by hand, and even make your own to take home. Add a cheese & wine tasting from Ronda, good company, and mountain views ā and youāve got the perfect full-day escape where nature meets creativity! š
