Join me this Saturday for an advanced and strenuous exploratory hike to the top of Pico de la Torrecilla, Málaga's second tallest peak. One of Andalusia's most valuable jewels and a Unesco Reserve, at 1919m of altitude it offers incredible views, magnificent forests. A trip to remember and where you know you really are in the mountains. From the peak you have panoramic views of up to 150 kilometres in any direction. Words cannot cope with the magnificence of the landscape – the most exceptional views.
Be prepared for cold (10 C and below) weather, flurries and patches of snow, steep rocky terrain, but a video is worth 1000 words:

You can arrange car pooling to make sure everybody can get there.
Sorry about the early (almost alpine) start time, but we want plenty daylight for this one.

Bring:
Plenty water, snacks, hiking poles, proper hiking boots, head lamp (just in case), layered clothes including long pants, jacket, wind breaker, wool hat, gloves.
