In this session, we will share and discuss ways to cultivate and experience love 💗 more fully and authentically with ourselves and with others.

PREPARATION - A, B, C

A - Bring a picnic blanket or beach towel to sit on and be comfortable!

B - Bring a story of love in your heart to share, past, present, or future. Or a favorite quote or aphorism is fine, too!

B - We will be using 3 resources to guide our discussion and time together:

1-A video on Rumi’s concept of love, and

2-An excerpt from The Untethered Soul guided journal by Michael A. Singer. (I will have a reference sheet from this book for each person attending. If you could bring a pen, that would be very helpful.)

3-For fun is this song by Howard Jones called What is Love? that captures some common ponderings about love. We can even sing it all together if you like, lol 😝
