The exercise for this week is to use the following as the subject of your meditation|-
Optional Exercise - Openness to life. Here the object is to remain impartial and calm in the midst as to what would appear to be the most contradictory or unbelievable opinions or statements being expressed by others in one’s company. In other words to keep an open mind in all new situations to which one is exposed to and not to dismiss something new just because it doesn’t agree with our previous conceptions as to how the world is.
