Painting Exhibition : The Road to Freedom

By Christopher Gleeson - 2 NOVEMBER to 25 NOVEMBER 2026
The ‘Road to Freedom’ is an exhibition of 12 paintings, three years in the making, depicting the evolution of humanity in accordance with Rudolf Steiner’s World View. They show our beginnings aeons ago, when we were conceived in the womb of our spiritual mother, and our gradual descent into solid matter where we now struggle with materialism and Ahrimanic beings, trying to find our way back to our true home in the Higher World.
Seeing the panorama of our amazing journey stretched out before us in picture images can be useful in bringing our understanding of the human condition into perspective, and offer us insights into the whole process of our evolution.
