You'll be led through a 20-30 minute breathing exercise that puts your nervous system into a deep state of relaxation and calm. Then you will relax in the immersive sound frequency for 30 minutes while absorbing all of the negative ions and detoxifying benefits of being surrounded by Himalayan salt.
