Demystifying Wine Tasting In Pink , Friday May 29th
Workshop starts @7pm

In this workshop facilitated by Guillaume Holtzmann a French native certified sommelier and wine importer, you will learn a systematic approach to wine tasting and build tasting skills.

Anyone above 21 with an interest in wine is welcome.
The class may be simultaneously in French and English

Whether you're fluent in French, still learning or do not speak French, this workshop is a fun and interactive way to learn about wine and express yourself!

The class will include:
Taste 4 rosé wines from different regions
Use a professional tasting sheet
Share impressions & discuss notes
Introduction to basic viticulture & wine making
Wine categorization & grading
Flavor profile recognition
