Spiritual Gathering: “Reality”

The topic for reflection on Sunday 1 October is, “Reality”.
The reality of this world is how we see it. We base our experience of this world on how we feel about it. Essentially, we know our world by how we perceive it. Our perceptions are coloured by our history and beliefs. This means we can change our world by releasing the past and opening our minds to new beliefs.
We are continuing to meet at Ciao Down Café in Lindfield. The staff are friendly, the coffee is good, and the food delicious.
The meeting starts with the reflections from the host. All are welcome to join the ensuing discussion.
