Annual Tijuana Art Fest (and chow)

Mexico art, food, music, dance, and what not!

Twentieth Feste Arte in the Cultural Center esplanade. We will stroll the booths of artworks and goodies, catch some tunes, and just generally be art snobs for the day.
Afterwards, we will be located in the midst of dozens of Tijuana's finest restaurants, and then a quick ride over to the delights and debauches of Avenida Revolucion. A fun day in which we might actually learn a thing or two.
How long we stay, where we eat or grab a drink will be a group decisions when the times come,
