This free online workshop is designed to help you gain clarity around what you truly want, reconnect with inspiration and create meaningful goals that feel motivating rather than overwhelming.

Many people set goals based on expectations, pressure or comparison, only to lose motivation or burn out. In this interactive and reflective session, you will be guided to step back, look at the bigger picture and design a future that feels aligned, balanced and genuinely inspiring.

Using a structured I'M SMART framework and practical mindset tools, you will explore where you are right now across key areas of your life and where you would like to be. You will learn how to set goals that are inspiring, motivating, specific and emotionally compelling, rather than vague or stressful.

This workshop will help you:

  • clarify your long term vision across life, career, health, relationships and personal growth
  • reconnect with motivation and purpose
  • set goals that feel meaningful and achievable
  • understand what truly drives you and how to stay inspired
  • create balance between ambition, wellbeing and enjoyment

You will be guided through reflective exercises including life mapping, vision creation and a practical goal setting process designed to turn inspiration into action. The session is interactive, creative and grounded, with space to reflect, write and imagine without pressure or judgement.

This workshop is suitable for people who feel stuck, unmotivated or unclear about their direction, are setting goals for a new year or want a healthier and more sustainable approach to success and balance. No prior experience is required.

The workshop will be hosted online via Microsoft Teams. To ensure a smooth experience, please install Microsoft Teams in advance on your computer or mobile device and test that you can join a meeting before the event. You do not need a Microsoft account to attend and you can join via your web browser if you prefer. Please plan to join from a quiet, comfortable space with a stable internet connection and allow a few minutes before the start time to settle in and get comfortable.
