As we step into 2026, let’s reflect on what 2025 gave us, what we learned, what we’re done carrying with us (such as unhelpful or old beliefs), and what kind of inner foundation we want to build for this new year. We’ll focus on conscious living in practical ways: strengthening discernment, tending to the nervous system, and staying connected — because isolation, overwhelm, and reactivity are easy defaults when life speeds up.

- Where do I need to speak more truth (or set a clearer boundary) in my life right now?
- What kind of relationships (and community) support the person I’m becoming?
