Expat pick-up half-court Basketball

Hi hoopers,

It is finally becoming summer and we also want to play ball outside! 🏀
Over the summer we will have a new Thursday evening outdoor game next to Tuesday where we will stay indoors. The Thursday game is open to all, but will follow standard pickup rules.

Important

• In case the weather is bad and/or too few people sign up, the event can be canceled on short term notice. Keep an eye on MeetUp for updates or reach out to me.

• If possible, please bring your own ball(s) so we are assured we have a ball.

• Teams are decided by free throws before the game

• Call your own fouls (no free throws, loose control of ball)

• Play to 11 (1 point per basket from inside the line and 2 points from beyond the line)

• Scoring team retains possession of the ball
  -Winner stays on the field

Location: Courts at intersection of Beukelsdijk and Heemraadsingel
Clothing: basketball shoes (brought, not worn outdoors to the gym)/ sport clothing
