What to Expect:
˙✧´`•.·A brief but powerful grounding meditation to calm your mind, align your energy, and prepare you for spirit communication.
˙✧´`•.·Mediums connect with a sitter for 22 minutes in 2 breakout rooms. If paired with another medium, then you will split the time.
Arrive early or on time. If you are late, you will have to wait for the second round of practice to be admitted.
