Express with Espresso is a unique creative gathering where we blend coffee, mindfulness, and art to reconnect with ourselves and each other. Every session offers a playful yet reflective space to pause, sip, and express freely. Every session has a special theme, adding a touch of mystery and surprise ✨
No art experience is needed—just curiosity, presence, and openness to the process.

• 10:00 am – 10:15 am | Warm welcome & introductions
• 10:15 am – 11:15 am | Guided creative session (grounding, prompts, expression, reflection, gratitude circle)
• 11:15 am – 11:30 am | Social & chat time

### 🎨 What to Expect

We’ll be sipping, painting with coffee, grounding in, and gently flowing into soulful expression—all with heart. Along the way, we’ll talk, converse, and reflect together, exploring our emotions and feelings, and putting them onto paper through mindful expression. This is as much about spiritual discussion and inner reflection as it is about art-making.
Materials provided: espresso, paper, brushes, markers
What to bring:

• Just yourself (and a friend, if you like 💜)
• Optional: purchase your favorite Tim’s drink ☕
