JavaScript Linting Tools and Jira Frontend Architecture

Our two speakers for this event are:

1. Nadia Makarevich, is a Senior Javascript Engineer at Atlassian who will be kicking the evening off by discussing Jira Front End Architecture. Learn about current Jira Cloud frontend architecture, what is the recommended way to write scalable code in jira-frontend now, what was the problem with Redux and why we abandoned it, and how our current architecture guidelines are different from the previous version.

2. Alexey Shpakov, a Senior Developer from Atlassian who is going to be speaking about a specific Linting tool for Javascript projects.
   Stricter: ESlint for projects
   ESlint is a tool of choice when linting javascript files. Its context is, however, limited to a single file. Stricter is a new tool that allows to lint a project as a whole. Circular dependencies, opinionated directory structure, unused files - you name it. Stricter can do it all and even more.
   In the talk Alexey will present Stricter, talk about its features and experience using it in Atlassian to improve the codebase with 300+ contributors.
