BBQ Social. Beachside Elwood.

Take the afternoon off, escape the confines of home and come ground
yourself in the sand with other passionate people striving for optimum health, body and mind in this crazy crazy world. No subject is too bold for this group.

I'm sure many have experiences, new hacks or frustrations that they would like to discuss with other like-minded community members.

There is no agenda for this event, just a fun informal social outdoor BYO BBQ, if we are lucky it might still be 'beach' weather, we all love cold plunging into the ocean right.. don't forget to bring a towel ;) and of course, something to throw on the bbq (no soy burgers or seed oils)

Location: Elwood Park - We will either be in the park or on the beach front, there are multiple location options all within the same general area. We picked this location as there are multiple bbq sites and ample parking.
