Welcome to a growing community in Barcelona exploring Fascial Maneuvers, a self-healing and self-empowering movement practice developed by Human Garage. These movements help release tension, restore alignment, calm the nervous system, and bring the body back into its natural balance.

Fascial Maneuvers are gentle, guided movements that work with the fascia—the connective tissue that supports and links everything in the body. Through slow movement, breath, and light pressure, they help the fascia unwind, release stored tension, and settle the nervous system. They also enhance any other activity or modality: yoga becomes smoother, Pilates feels lighter, athletes recover faster, hikers move with more ease, and people who use their bodies intensively—such as hairdressers, massage therapists, or anyone on their feet for long hours—experience less strain. Even a few maneuvers before walking or exercising can make the whole experience more fluid and enjoyable. It is a simple, self-empowering approach that supports the body and improves everyday movement.

This group offers a supportive space to practice together, explore natural movement, release stored emotions, and reconnect with the body’s own intelligence. No previous experience is required; curiosity and openness are enough.

You can also invite Iris to lead workshops, retreats, or programs in other spaces.
For deeper work, individual 1:1 hands-on Fascial Maneuvers sessions are available.

Your Facilitator
Iris Usha is a certified Human Garage Fascial Maneuvers Coach and Van Laere breathwork professional, with 25 years as a yogi and 14 of those years as a yogic nun teaching yoga, meditation and service around the world. Her work focuses on guiding people back to inner and outer harmony through natural movement and embodied awareness.
