Fat Liberation Group First Session

Hi and welcome to Fat Liberation! My name is Amanda Kieser and I am a licensed mental health counselor who will be hosting this therapeutic process and support group.

This group will begin on June 1st and runs through July 6th. I am hoping to find up to 8 participants to commit to this 6 week in-person group in Kirkland, WA. This will be a space to build Fat Community, find support and validation from other fat folks, and explore building your own Fat Liberation.
