There will be 2 spaces every game for substitutes, these will be allocated to the last 2 players to join the event, we do rolling-subs so once you come on you can stay on the field as long as you like.
Slide tackling is strictly prohibited and will result in a penalty awarded to the opposition - stay on your feet.
