CELIA’S IS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED DIRECTLY NEXT TO THE MAIN ENTRANCE OF THE L.A. EQUESTRIAN CENTER IN BURBANK.

From the exterior Celia's Rancho Restaurante (formerly Vivas) looks like a small ranch-style house, but don’t let looks deceive you. Once you enter you’ll be impressed by its large three dining rooms decorated in vibrant Mexican mid-century theme decor. It is the only restaurant in Burbank you can ride up to on your horse and enjoy lunch and cocktails in their outdoor patio.

Celia’s offers specials like “Margarita Monday" and “All-You-Can-Eat Taco Tuesday". They feature a family-friendly atmosphere with a kids' menu, happy hour from 3pm to 6 pm, and live music on weekends.

Celia's is known for their traditional and regional Mexican cuisine and strong margaritas. They offer homemade mole, fresh tacos, flavorful fajitas and tender Pibil, unique cilantro rice and black refried beans. They also offer popular specialty soups like pozole and menudo. See full menu.

If you use a credit card, Celia’s will charge an additional 3% to help offset processing costs. This amount is not more than what they pay in fees. NO surcharge for debit cards.

🛑IMPORTANT PARKING DETAILS

• The Equestrian Center charges $20 for parking.
• Celia’s has a very small parking lot.

🔺There is a short stretch directly across the street from Celia’s that does NOT require permit parking as well as on side streets. The stretch on the south side where Celia’s is PERMIT ONLY. Be certain to check signs that DON’T say permit only. Arrive early to search for non-permit parking, I always find street parking. Be prepared to walk a block or two.
