Why I Created This Group:
Over the last few years I’ve built a free online community (1100+ members) where people support each other through creative goals, career shifts, and personal growth. It’s been powerful, but the missing piece has always been local, face-to-face connection.
This Bristol group is my way of fixing that. To create a space where:
- Builders and doers can find each other
- Isolation is replaced with momentum
- People share what’s actually working (not fluff)
- We help each other get unstuck, get started, and stay consistent
This isn’t about networking. It’s about progress and connection.
Bit of background on me:
I spent nearly 10 years stuck in a career that didn’t fit. I knew I needed change, but self-doubt, fear, and indecision held me back for years. I tried books, courses, and self-help, but nothing shifted until I found the right systems, real accountability, and honest conversations.
Now I coach others through the same challenges and run an international online community, but I missed the power of local, in-person groups.
That’s what this is.
This group isn’t part of my business.
I’m just using the tools I’ve built to get us started, and I’d love for others to contribute too. Whether you have knowledge in marketing, AI, content, productivity, design, or anything else useful to solo builders, you’re welcome to bring it here.
