What we’re about
FFF>50 has an amazing new home on the web. When you join us there, you'll be able to search for members who live near you and/or share your interests, create an interest-based club, post discussions in an organized and searchable feed, upload images, and of course create gatherings large and small. It's a real friendship-making machine!
Here's your invitation to join us at our new home: bit.ly/4ivrVVd
FFF>50 is an all-volunteer 501(c)3 organization where women >50 come to connect, make friends, share their passions and expertise, and revitalize in their second act.

•OnlineGet it Done!
OnlineThis "Get It Done" accountability group is for ladies who want a dedicated online space for focused productivity that provides quiet, undisturbed time to finally tackle tasks you've been putting off, while connecting with others who are doing the same. Increase your focus through the power of virtual body doubling and working alongside others.
Here are a few ideas of where you can focus your time during these sessions:
📌 Declutter a drawer, a closet, or an entire room.
📌 Organize or delete digital photos or emails that are cluttering your phone or computer.
📌 Sort through paperwork.
📌 Write a long-overdue email.
📌 Handle administrative tasks like taxes, bills, or scheduling.
📌 Do some journaling to express thoughts or clear your mind with a brain dump.
📌 Edit a chapter of your book.
📌 Plan your week or organize a to-do list.
📌 Work on a crafting project.
📌 Exercise.
A typical session agenda:
✍️ 5 minutes to briefly share what you’ll be working on and set an intention for the hour.
✍️ 50 minutes of quiet, uninterrupted time to get things done.
✍️ 5 minutes to review your progress and celebrate what you accomplished.
This is your time to truly focus, without distractions, surrounded by like-minded people committed to making progress.
Be ready to take action, and feel inspired and supported in your efforts!

•OnlineIntroverts' Big Talk!
OnlineNote: This and other FFF>50 events will be permanently shifting to our walled-garden playground on the Mighty Networks platform (donation based and no pressure to upgrade), please sign up here!
For people who don't enjoy small talk in large groups, like many of my fellow introverts (and others!), let's dive right into "Big Talk!"
The topics are intended to get us thinking and reflecting as we share, and also appreciate each other and laugh (“There was giggling”!) said a December participant.
We'll use the breakout rooms to pair off by twos, to discuss a "big" question for 14 minutes (roughly 7 minutes for each person). See the January topics below!
Then we'll return to the main "room" to share brief reactions, then move on to a new round with a new topic and a new partner.
We'll enjoy a total of three rounds, which may give us new insights into our own lives and each other, and maybe help us connect with someone who becomes a new friend!
Rules: Active, deep listening. Sharing the time equally. Providing advice only when asked. Accepting what the other says with kindness and unconditional support because it is true for them.
In previous sessions we've found a lot of insight and even made new friends (sharing contact info to connect later) thanks to these deeper conversations. Hope you can join!
The topics this time:
- Let’s think about “clearing out the baggage” from the old year. What are you ready to leave behind — habits, obligations, possessions?? What is no longer serving you, so that stepping away from it can help you grow into more of who you truly are?
- What successes, of any size or type, did you have from the old year? What went right? Let’s name them and celebrate them! Feel free to shout “Yay!!” about someone clearing out her weedy garden, or anything else!
- Now that you have cleared out the baggage and celebrated what went right, what are your next steps? How can you be more YOU in 2026?
