Wild Lanterns is an experience you won't want to miss. Our group went last year and were blown away. It has dozens of huge, moving displays as well as smaller displays along every walkway. You can also join us beforehand for dinner at a great Mexican place and a walk through the zoo if you want to make a day of it.
Here's where to be and when:
If you just want to see Wild Lanterns, meet us at the main/West Entrance (5500 Phinney Ave. N) at 6pm. We strongly recommend you buy tickets in advance here: WildLanterns - Woodland Park Zoo Seattle WA
To add dinner, meet us at El Legendario, walking distance from the zoo, at 4pm. El Legendario Mexican Restaurant - Authentic Tacos and Vibrant Atmosphere in Seattle
To walk through the zoo before dinner and Wild Lanterns, meet at the main/West Entrance (5500 Phinney Ave. N) at 1:30pm.
To carpool for the entire experience, meet at the Martin Way Park and Ride at noon. You can find it using any map app on your phone. If you want to carpool for just part of the event schedule, feel free to try and do that in the event chat.
