🔴MENU OPTIONS:
Entrees will include one of the following 3:
____🔴PRIME RIB: Slow roasted Prime Rib served with a baked potato, sautéed green beans, hot au jus, and a horseradish sour cream.
____🔴POLLO MILANO: Panko encrusted chicken breast medallions pan seared and topped with sauteed spinach, crispy Prosciutto, roasted red peppers, and melted mozzarella cheese. Finished with our delicious marsala sauce and accompanied by a side of angel hair pasta tossed with garlic and olive oil.
____🔴CEDAR ROASTED SALMON: Fresh Atlantic salmon brushed with a spicy-sweet glaze and roasted on a cedar plank with Bermuda onions ~ Served with sautéed mixed vegetables and a side of rice pilaf.

Our Gift Exchange will be run by member, Mary Ann Millington, for the 2nd year in a row and you can be assured that once again, it will run smoothly.
