The Shoden: Level I Reiki Training is a transformative two-day course designed to introduce you to the foundational teachings of the Usui Reiki System. This program is ideal for those seeking to deepen their spiritual practice, learn effective self-healing techniques, and experience the profound benefits of Reiki energy.

What’s Included in This Training:

• Level I Attunement and Reiju: Sacred rituals designed to initiate you into the Reiki practice and help you become a more effective conduit for this energy.
• Reiki Manuals and Handouts: Comprehensive resources to support your learning.
• Access to the Reiki Student Resource Page: Connect with other practitioners, access materials, and stay informed about upcoming events and offerings.
• Optional 4-Week Mentorship with Ana: A personalized mentorship program to support your growth and deepen your practice.

Upon completion of this training, you will have a solid understanding of Reiki and the ability to channel its healing energy for personal self-care and informal healing of animals and loved ones. You will receive a Shoden: Level I Reiki Practitioner certificate, issued by Fire and Spirit, and be eligible to continue on your Reiki journey with the Okuden: Level II Reiki Training.

Your instructor: Ana is a Reiki Master Teacher, Tarot Advisor, and the owner of Fire and Spirit. She has earned Master-level certifications in Animal Reiki, Usui/Tibetan Reiki, Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki, and is a certified Biddy Tarot Advisor. Ana incorporates all of these systems into her trainings to offer a more holistic and inclusive approach to this practice.
