What we’re about
Hello! We're a group of 20- and 30-somethings based in Flagstaff meeting for drinks, hikes and activities in and around northern Arizona.
(You don’t have to be 20- or 30-something, but most of us are.)
We host a number of social events ranging from outdoor activities — like hiking, biking, backpacking and camping trips — to bar nights, dinners and social activities. We're excited for you to join!
Members who join the group but do not RSVP in the next 6 months may be removed. Therefore, please feel free to suggest any events, any time/day of the week - we want to make this fun and accessible for everyone! :) We always welcome your input and suggestions and strive to create a welcoming environment.
If you have concerns or questions, please message the organizers.

Calling all hikers! Do you want to climb the highest point in Arizona?
Also called Aaloosaktukwi in Hopi and Dookʼoʼoosłííd in Navajo, Mt. Humphrey's Peak is a 10.1 mile out-and-back trail (meaning we hike to a point and then come back to the starting point) with an elevation gain of 3,382 ft. and is rated as 'hard' by Alltrails.com.
Full Alltrails Description here https://www.alltrails.com/explore/trail/us/arizona/humphreys-peakAlthough some hiking and experience at alpine climate is recommended, you do not need to be an expert or fast hiker. We will be meeting at the trailhead in Lot 1 of Snowbowl at 7:00am and start our hike at 7:15am. We will be going slow and steady, taking periodic breaks to rest, eat, and hydrate, with a goal of reaching the summit by 10:00am/10:30am and returning to reach the parking lot by 1:00pm.
As this will be in mid-July and with this season's snow, it is possible but not likely that there will be snow/snow crossings, but bring waterproof or fast-dry shoes in any case. I will be monitoring the weather and temperature as we get closer to the date, and will reschedule this hike if there is too much snow or conditions are too crazy (super windy, super cold, etc). After reaching the summit, I will be returning with you all to the saddle, but will continue on to do the Weatherford loop trail (https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/arizona/humphrey-s-peak-weatherford-and-kachina-trail-loop). I will stay one night in the Kachina Peaks Wilderness and continue on the loop the next day. Please PM me if interested in this loop.
We will keep this group small (Max 8 persons), but if you'd like to bring a friend, feel free!

Hey 20s and 30s!
If you don't quite have the time or desire to be a coorganizer, you can still make a difference and have your ideas heard. We want to hear from YOU - what kind of events are YOU interested in? What days or times? Please message the coorganizers or comment here, and (if it's something manageable) we will make it happen!
We appreciate a variety of events: happy hour Fridays, brunch, coffee, activities like trivia or karaoke, outdoorsy adventures like hikes or sports, or any other ideas you’d like to try.
You can also post community events, found on social media, Flagstaff365 , Eventbrite, or other locations.
We are open to new ideas and suggestions!
