FortiClient EMS: moving from VPN to ZTNA

FortiClient is both the VPN and the ZTNA client. It is licensed through FortiEMS (Endpoint Management Server) and the basic VPN license also covers ZTNA. We see many customers somewhere along this journey, so we will be leading a discussion on how to move to ZTNA. Is it easy or hard? Can it be done in stages? What is considered best practice? We'll talk about this and more so bring your knowledge and lots of questions!
