Sounds great, right! Don't overthink it ... Just sign up and show up. Bring some layers, but you won't get cold cause we will be movin' and groovin' and breathing deeply. When everyone else is running inside to the comfort of a warm room, we are practicing outside in the fresh air by candlelight by the sea! It feels so good. But, you won't know, if you haven't done it.
Class: €10. Short apéro afterward (optional, of course).

Where: Plage du Centenaire - Just walk down the accessibility ramp to the concrete platform.
