• Tea Time Around the Stove- Involve yourself in the gradual process of making tea mindfully, while sharing your troubles, hopes and fears.

• Wood-Fire Vegetarian Lunch - Relish a hearty meal prepared with mindfulness and love in communion with others.

• Dharma Sharing - Take the opportunity to listen to timeless wisdom from The Buddha to guide you in everyday life.
