Hi Everyone ☺️ ✨✨✨✨

I am starting a 6 week series of Mindfulness class sessions. You can come to any you like. You do not have to attend every week to participate ☺️. Each event listing is for a different week and please Rsvp for the ones you can attend.

My hope is to create a meaningful and supportive space where we can learn about these practices together. My goal is to offer guided sessions that help us relax while exploring breath, energy, and presence in a way that’s practical and beginner friendly.

As part of this, I’ve started a free 6-week breath-work and mindfulness series on Sunday nights at 5pm.

This event meetup is for week 6.
Each week explores a new theme and breath-work technique, with space to learn and connect.

Whether you’re completely new to this or have experience with these practices, I’d love to learn and explore mindfulness in a way that feels natural, supportive, and inclusive.

What to expect in Week 6
🧘 Of the 6-Week Breath-work & Mindfulness Classes

🌿 Week 6: Integration – Embodying Breath & Presence

Join me for our final week in the 6-week series at Edinburgh Gardens, Fitzroy North. This session is all about bringing everything together—the breath awareness, the emotional shifts, the softening, and the stillness we’ve been cultivating.

We’ll be practicing Sama Vritti (Equal Ratio Breath)—a grounding and harmonising breath technique to find calm, clarity, and centred presence.

The guided meditation will begin with a gentle Yoga Nidra to settle the body, followed by a visualisation of standing in an open field, feeling clear, whole, and deeply connected to yourself and the world around you. A moment to pause and fully arrive in who you are becoming.

🕖 Time: Starts at 5pm - Ends 6pm.
📍 Location: Edinburgh Gardens, Fitzroy North – behind the Rotunda

What to expect each week (6-week overview)
✔ 10 min: Introductions with a question about the week’s theme
✔ 10 min: Breath-work technique – explanation, benefits & tips
✔ 30 min: Guided meditation – starting with Yoga Nidra + themed visualisation
✔ Closing: Reflection & closing mantra

What to bring
🔹 A yoga mat or something comfortable to sit/lie on.
🔹 A light blanket (optional, for warmth during relaxation and it may become chilly some nights as we move into the colder months).
🔹 Comfortable clothes for seated or lying-down practice.
🔹 An open mind and kind heart ☺️.

🌙 Please only RSVP if you can attend, and un-RSVP if your plans change so others can join.
