I am starting a 6 week series of Mindfulness class sessions. You can come to any you like. You do not have to attend every week to participate ☺️. Each event listing is for a different week and please Rsvp for the ones you can attend.
My hope is to create a meaningful and supportive space where we can learn about these practices together. My goal is to offer guided sessions that help us relax while exploring breath, energy, and presence in a way that’s practical and beginner friendly.
As part of this, I’ve started a free 6-week breath-work and mindfulness series on Sunday nights at 5pm.
This event meetup is for week 6.
Each week explores a new theme and breath-work technique, with space to learn and connect.
Whether you’re completely new to this or have experience with these practices, I’d love to learn and explore mindfulness in a way that feels natural, supportive, and inclusive.

What to expect in Week 6
🧘 Of the 6-Week Breath-work & Mindfulness Classes
🌿 Week 5: Heart-Centred Awareness – Cultivating Compassion
Join me for Week 5 of my free community class at Edinburgh Gardens, Fitzroy North. This week, we’ll explore the breath as a way to soften into the heart space, cultivating self-compassion, warmth, and emotional openness.
We’ll be practicing Heart-Centred Breathing – a gentle technique to connect with feelings of love, care, and gratitude. It’s a beautiful way to check in with how we’re feeling and return to a sense of kindness toward ourselves and others.
Then we’ll move into a fully guided Yoga Nidra meditation, followed by a visualisation of a soft light expanding from your chest – illuminating your body and everything around you with care and gentleness.

🕖 Time: Starts at 5pm - Ends 6pm.

What to bring
🔹 A yoga mat or something comfortable to sit/lie on.
🔹 A light blanket (optional, for warmth during relaxation and it may become chilly some nights as we move into the colder months).
🔹 Comfortable clothes for seated or lying-down practice.
🔹 An open mind and kind heart ☺️.
