🗓 Sunday at 3:00pm - 4:00pm
⏰ 1 hour session
📍 Edinburgh Gardens, Just Behind the Rotunda on the grass. Melbourne. (There is a pin in the location and you can also look in the image gallery to see where to meet on the map.)

🌧️Weather : Because this event is in the park - If the weather is raining and unlikely to let up I will have to cancel the event. Please check the event listing before attending to make sure it's still going ahead. Melbourne weather is a tad unpredictable!

About the Session:

A nourishing hour of deeply guided Yoga Nidra and a visual meditation in the park. This practice is designed to help you:

  • Rest your body deeply and become grounded for the week ahead.
  • Calm and balance your nervous system.
  • Explore gentle imagery and inner connection.

In this session, we’ll begin with Yoga Nidra, a guided practice where you simply lie down and let me take you through a process of deep rest. It’s sometimes called yogic sleep, your body relaxes completely while your mind drifts into that dreamy space between waking and sleeping. You don’t need to “do” anything, just follow my voice as I guide your awareness through the body and breath.

From there, I’ll lead you into a visual meditation. This is a gentle journey using imagery and imagination. things like light, nature, or calming inner landscapes will help you connect with a sense of peace and clarity.

No prior experience is needed, just come as you are.
The meditation session is continuously guided by my voice and if you have not tried meditation before - this is a great way to start.

What to bring?

  • A yoga mat to lie on and a blanket. (It is on the grass in the park and you.)
  • A pillow or eye covering if you like extra comfort.
  • Warm layers (it can get very nippy in the park when lying still. Please rug up 🌿)
