Join me for a peaceful Saturday morning in nature! This one-hour session combines mindful walking meditation with gentle grounding practices to help you shake off the stress of the week and set a positive intention for the weekend ahead.
We’ll meet in Kings Park for a meditative walk at a relaxed pace, focusing on breath awareness and presence as we move through the natural surroundings. This is a perfect opportunity to reconnect with yourself and the earth beneath your feet after a busy week.
Whether you’re new to meditation or a regular practitioner, all levels are welcome.
Wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for walking on park paths / on the grass. Bring something to sit on as well so we can have a circle and a chat.
