Take a gentle pause in nature. We’ll combine light stretching, simple breathwork, and a short reflection exercise to release what you no longer need at the end of this year and reconnect with what truly matters.
Expect a mix of movement, writing, and quiet moments — an easy, grounding way to check in with yourself and connect with others.

- Water
