Kickstart your day with my refreshing Brew & Breathe sessions - a perfect 30-minute morning ritual designed for busy Perth professionals or anyone that wants to start the day differently!
Join me for a quick, invigorating outdoor practice (weather permitting - we'll reschedule if needed) before heading to work / into your day. We'll flow through gentle stretching, mindful breathing exercises, and sometimes a touch of intention setting or light meditation to energize your body and calm your mind.
This session is not too exhausting - you're welcome to come straight from home in your office clothes if that makes it easier (no need to change or shower afterwards). Just bring a yoga mat, wear comfy layers if you prefer, and get ready to feel focused, flexible, and fantastic for the day ahead!
After we finish, we might grab a coffee together nearby if you'd like to chat and connect a little more (totally optional, of course!).
No experience needed - this is a supportive, no-pressure space for beginners and regulars alike. These free events run as a recurring series roughly every two weeks (check the calendar for exact dates).
Arrive a few minutes early to settle in and feel free to bring your family, friends or colleagues.
