  • Maximize your ease of motion and flexibility in your lumbar spine, to allow more passion & power to transfer through this key structural junction between the legs and the torso.
  • Isolate and activate your transverse abdominals and diaphragm, to massively strengthen your reflex core, giving you durable, reliable strength for all your physical activities, and protecting your lower back from stiffness going forwards.

We will have rich, dynamic music from maestro DJ, Felix Oram (https://www.temenosdance.com) to help us to power through some of the key exercises — So this will be no ordinary yoga or therapy class!

Because I am launching a 5-month Advanced Training Program with this workshop, I am offering this first workshop focussing on the lower body and core strength for FREE! Nothing! Nada!

At the end of the workshop I'll tell you about a special opportunity to complete the other 4 months of the Advanced Training Program, to work with upper body strength and endurance, maximizing your lung capacity so you can stay the course, however long, and igniting core and postural strength throughtout the whole body so that you can excel and attain peak performance in whatever you want to do. But there will be no pressure, or obligation to buy anything.

What to bring

Please bring TWO (2) LARGE BATH TOWELS

These will help you make soft yet supportive soft props that will help you to release stiffness and tension out of your lower back. You will WANT to bring these towels, so that you are clear how to recreate these props with the same towels at home. If you forget, you can still do this class, but the stiffness-relief and tension-relief WILL be much less effective.
