This is a relaxed, hands‑on Sunday brunch for people who enjoy good food, light cooking, and easy conversation.
We begin by making an apple tart together and getting it into the oven early. After that, the pace slows down and we enjoy the brunch together. Some dishes are prepared in advance and explained by the host during the meal, allowing you to learn techniques without rushing.
This is not a fast‑paced cooking class. It is a social brunch designed to feel calm, friendly, and unhurried.
Most people attend on their own, so joining solo is completely comfortable.

How the session works

Hands‑on cooking
You will assemble and bake an apple tart with clear guidance. No prior cooking experience is required. -
Demonstration and discussion
Duck confit leg and French onion soup are shared during the meal, with explanations of key techniques and practical tips for cooking them at home. -
While the apple tart is baking, we relax, eat, and enjoy conversation together.

- You are welcome to leave earlier after brunch if needed. There is no obligation to stay for the full session.
