About the Speakers:

• Lucy (Darby) Jackson is a Lead UX Designer at Indeed and founder of Darby Design Co, a remote design studio. Since 2012, she’s helped startup founders, small business owners and enterprise teams bring human‑centered design to their business strategy. She’s a mom of three, obsessed with systems thinking, and always looking for book recommendations.
• Lillian is a mom to 2 mischievous boys and current Sr. Product Designer at Tinder, focusing on growth and engagement. After living in Tokyo and New York City, she happily founded communities like LA Product Design. Overall, she loves bridging cultural gaps between product designers and engineers.
• Charlie is a husband, father, avid surfer, and former college and professional baseball player. He's currently a Design Leader at Uber and has held senior roles at Atlassian, GoPro, and Focus Lab. Known for his user-centered approach, Charlie builds design systems that drive meaningful business impact and leads curious, detail-oriented teams, and relentlessly focused on craft.
