Bayside Walk with Optional Brunch

Please join us and enjoy a relaxed walk with sea views and sea breezes overlooking beautiful Moreton Bay.

The Walk: We will start at Norfolk Point, Trafalgar Street, Manly. We wait on the grass area at the end of the roundabout opposite Manly Boathouse Restaurant. We will follow the bikeway/path to the Esplanade and then take it north towards Wynnum. We pass through Darling Point, Wynnum Pier and Wading Pool, Wynnum Creek and our turn around point is Elanora Park at Wynnum North. The path is well paved, suitable for all levels of walkers, even those in wheelchairs.

The walk is approximately, 8km round trip, all flat. Dogs on lead welcome. We walk a fairly steady pace but will have various drink or catch up points where people can catch up if slower.

Car Parking or Transport: There is plenty of parking around Manly foreshore park and Norfolk point but can be busy with Markets on so arrive early. Those that don't drive can get the Cleveland Train to Manly Station and walk down.

Brunch: Optional Brunch and coffee/tea in Manly after the walk. Depending on attendee numbers a table will be reserved.
