This month we've teamed up with Anna and the culinary team at Melrose Restaurant to present a decadent Wine Dinner celebrating the bold, vibrant flavours of Melrose Restaurant's signature Pan Asian cuisine perfectly paired with exceptional wines from Australia and New Zealand.
Your evening starts with a glass Australian sparkling from an award-winning Tasmanian producer. Then, prepare your palate for three courses of culinary excellence, developed by Anna and the team. For each course, we have carefully selected two distinct wines—showcasing the incredible synergy between these premium drops and the spices of Melrose's amazing menu. You'll enjoy a total of six different, hand-picked wines throughout the night.
