Hi neighbors—I’m offering calming and restorative Cacao, Meditation & Breathwork Gatherings at Fusion Townhomes (Aviation & Marine). All levels welcome.
Held in my cozy living room, limited to 8 guests. Optional ceremonial-grade cacao available to enhance clarity and calm. We’ll center with breathwork and drop into stillness with guided meditation. There will be time for Q&A and reflection.
Perfect if you’re feeling stressed, need better sleep, or just want to recharge in a supportive setting.
