Guided by three leading international futurists, you’ll explore past and emerging trends to identify new opportunities, anticipate change, and manage it effectively within your organization.
You'll gain hands-on experience with innovative methods that allow you to view the future from diverse perspectives, helping to create more resilient and forward-looking strategies.
The program will also dive into how effective leaders learn from both present realities and future possibilities, equipping you with strategic frameworks, problem-solving tools, and practical models to navigate key threats and opportunities facing your organization or sector.
