Whether it was saving companies thousands of dollars by tweaking the tiniest of steps in a process, or completely tearing up a playbook and writing it anew for a multi-million dollar Project Life Cycle schematic, Andy has spent the better part of his career, reviewing, rewriting, and re-engineering processes for some of the biggest (and smallest) companies in the world... and the last 13 years, that has been achieved with the Atlassian Stack, most in particular using one of his favourite apps, Gliffy.
In his presentation he'll be sharing great insight into how to manage highly complex BPM systems ranging from TCO projects & ISO audit trails, through to SOPs Redesign & Approval Flows, at companies like PTC, Iron Mountain, and Samsung Electronics.
