A gentle gathering for curious minds in Galway.
Each Thursday at 7:30 PM, we meet in a small group of up to 10 people to slow down, reflect, and reconnect — with ourselves and others. With the help of thought-provoking prompts, quiet journaling, and optional conversation, we explore what really matters beneath the surface of everyday life.
We use reflection tools by The School of Life, and draw inspiration from psychology, philosophy, and the art of slowing down.

This is a non-intrusive, science-backed way to cultivate clarity of mind — a foundation for deeper self-understanding, emotional resilience, more meaningful relationships, and small but powerful shifts in everyday life.
